im an enfp and i work in a family business where ive ended up as a manager and honestly the past few years have been so hard for me. T T I want to inspire other but ina positon where i have to deal with confrontation, i have to deal with the responsibility of so many workers its a struggle fro me mentally and emotionally. I feel like im the best at creating solutions, being creative and thinking outside the box but when it comes to anythign else i really really struggle lol
