I’ve watched this movie few years back, around 5 years ago without subtitle but my chinese colleague always translate it to me. She told me that it has one more clip after this scene and that both of them actually survived. The lady became something like general of the kingdom army and the lead man became something like of high rank in the other kingdom. This two kingdoms meet and being united by them when they cross to each other again. In short this story really had a good ending. Pls do find that clip as i wanted to see it just like others. My friend said they made that special clip for all the viewers who requested as the ending was soo sad and heart breaking.

This is the part that I hate yan xun ...he is probably jelous of yuwen ye that's why he killed him , but surely , there will be a season 2 because they are still in the middle of battle , and for sure yuwen ye is still alive . Me too ,even though how many times watching this drama, in this Last part hated so much xan yun he doesn't even know how yuwen Yue do his best to protect him. And how does yuwen Yue behave to thier oath when they first meet, that xan yun said to yuwen Yue ,"A brother in a day is a Brother forever "how cruel type of brotherhood he broke his own word and dare to kill and shoot yuwen Yue. I watched it before, Yuwen Yue came to life and then he and Xing'er were together. There was a war between Yanbei and Wei, Yuwen Yue and Xing'er together in the war to fight Wei (Chang'an) eventually Wei won. I don't think the uploaded episodes are complete. Don't be sad because they had a Happy Ending
