당시엔 명확한 공정위 문구 기재 가이드가 없었기에 9월 1일 개정된 지침에 맞게 완벽한 형식을 갖추어 작성되지 못했을 것이다.
다만, 9월 1일부로 적용되는 개정안 지침에 따라 ‘유료 광고 포함’ 배너를 삽입하는 등의 방법으로 더욱 명확하게 광고 사실을 알릴 것을 권장한다”
위와 같은 이유로 본 영상에 ‘유료 광고 포함’ 배너를 추가적으로 삽입하게 된 점 알려드리며,
9월 1일부로 적용되는 개정안 지침에 따라 유료 광고 및 협찬 문구를 기존보다 섬세한 문구로 명확하게 기재하여 시청자분들의 혼동이 없도록 최선을 다하겠습니다.
