【Synopsis】In a long-planned bank robbery, because the third child (Liu Ye) stepped forward, the gangster finally fell into the French open. The third child was originally a submarine soldier, but he was discharged from the army early due to a brain injury to save his comrades from drowning. After retiring from the army, the third child still insists on various trainings every day, and does not change the nature of righteousness and courage. The robber Hei Yong (played by Liu Chengjun) escapes from prison. After seeing his younger brother who has become a vegetable, Hei Yong decides to rescue his younger brother from the hospital under the strict supervision of the police. The third's girlfriend, Xiaohui (played by Zhang Zilin), is the younger sister of Captain Han (played by Jiao Enjun). In order to achieve his goal, Hei Yong kidnapped Xiaohui. In order to rescue Xiaohui, the third child and the Korean team started a desperate battle with the gangsters in their own way...
Directed by cutting-edge director Ding Sheng, this film is the sequel to the 2008 hardcore humorous police and bandit movie "HE MAN".
