@Fearnaurt I think all of them are each other's confidence in certain ways. The way Kazuha and Chaewon can get laughing over nothing when alone, how Yunjin inspires Eunchae to be more confident, how Sakura is like a older sister/mom to Eunchae, how Chaewon allows everyone to be themselves and is a very calm leader. It's just that Yunjin has that more casual and calm vibe about her. She is very honest. I bet that made quite an impact on the younger girls.
