What inverter can I use that will work with these and can handle 208v on the grid side. I can't seem to find and (single phase inverter not three phase)

Hello, How to connect the red + pole cable of the battey to the inverter? the + pole from the battery to the + pole of the converter? or the + pole of the battery to the - pole of the inverter? thanks
