I can’t wait to try this. I’m so glad there is no point cutting involved because I mess that up somehow and this seems very simple and easy to follow. 셀프미용을 진짜 많이하는 사람인데 실패하지않을 팁을드리자면 진짜 조금씩 점점 자르세요 한번에 팍 자르면 복구불가입니다.. 생각보다 길게자르는거아닌가싶을때 맘에드는 길이가 나올수도잇고 조금씩 조금씩 잘라가면서 길이맞추는게 젤 실패안해요!

Just did it and I love it! It took me like an hour because I kept second guessing but it’s worth it! Here’s a few tips: 1) really pay attention to how much hair she’s grabbing for the bangs - you can see this by examining where she parts the hair (a slightly angled line from the middle part to the front of her ears) 2) always cut less than you think after you hold the hair straight it will pop back and be shorter than you expected 3) cut confidently so you make jagged cuts less likely! Good luck :)

며칠동안 보면서 고민하다가 방금 뭔가 각이 나와서 잘랐는데 성공했어요! 팁이랄건 없지만 나름 팁을 올리자면 1. 영상보다 숱 적게 잡는다(저는 영상보다 1/3정도만 잡음 번거롭더라도 다 자르고 드라이까지 다 해본 뒤에 숱추가해서 다시 자르는게 나아요. 이미 자른 머리는 돌아오지않는다...) 2. 영상 기장보다 길게 자른다.(저는 코끝→입술선/입술선→턱선/턱선→목중간쯤으로 함. 저흰 초보라 처음부터 짧게 자르면 망함.... 짧게 하구싶으면 사선구간에서 기장 줄이면 될듯) 3. 사선구간에서 자를때 1자로 자르지말고 가위세워서 머리카락이랑 수평으로 잡아서 날 끝으로 자른다. (여기서 자신없으면 머리카락 잡아서 하지 마시고 빗으로 정리만 한 뒤에 길이 보면서 조금씩 대각선으로 자르세요.) 요로케 하시면 성공하실듯! 저는 숱이 너무 많고 이마가 좁아서 숱 엄청 적게 잡았는데 약간 시스루 느낌도 나고 이뿌네욤 ㅎㅎ 진짜 잘 됐어요! 드라이도 간편하구 만족😆

hey homies, i know you might be questioning " if i have curly/wavy hair, will this look good on me? " and my answer is, yeeeeees, just cut it longer depending on your curl pattern, and if you oddly have more hair on one side of your scalp and less on the other like me, you can cut it normally buT you can also try cutting a smaller triangle

I have wavy hair too and I just cut this -- my hair looks SO GOOD!! I absolutely love these bangs, they are everything I've ever wanted (that my hairstylist could never give me). Seriously, it looks so cute and pretty! I have an oval/rectangle face shape and these bangs still look great on me! Tips for anyone who's willing to try this: 1) Before you cut, watch the whole video and do the partings to make sure that you parted everything correctly and you didn't use too little or too much hair. You don't want to cut until you have the partings right. 2) Try to use the same amount of hair that you see in the video. That might mean that the initial parting at 0:20 looks different, but that's okay, everyone's hairline and hair thickness is different, so you need to do what works on you rather than exactly copying the hair model. 3) If you have wavy or curly hair and you don't plan on blow drying your bangs, cut the bangs longer on dry hair so you can take into account your curl's bounce. 4) It's okay to not cut the side hair in the last step if you don't want to. It still looks good without it.

i tried this just an hour ago, it worked out really well and of course i had my doubts and was hesitant but after a while of thinking abt it i told my mum about the idea and she gave me the green light. a 13 year old, gotta trust me? well i don’t trust myself either but my desire to cut these side bangs was too strong. i did it. it was nerve-wracking at first but i just followed what she did to her hair so i slowly made progress and cut until satisfied. i even went to the extent of using rollers and a hair dryer for more volume for the first time in the end. honestly proud of myself. never did something like that for and to myself before. so i’m happy, and thanks for the tutorial

I did this today and it turned out pretty well, I just ended up cutting the right side a little bit short. But it's not too bad and since these bangs are already long, they wont be hard to grow out. Tip! Always cut it a half inch longer than where she says, because you'll go in to adjust it later and it will become shorter. Also! it's quite easy to clip these back if need be and I really like that.

I just did it on myself and I love it! I'm growing out my hair and bangs, and felt like my hair was looking flat. Wow! I did the tip at 2:11 on my hair and it worked so well. I love the slightly messy look with face-framing pieces and this worked. Doğa Kızıltan Perfect! It was a little short for my preference for a week, but after it started growing out I absolutely loved it. I also have big curls, 2C wave/curls. If I had tighter curls, it might’ve been even shorter for a longer time.

Didn't follow through with the 'cutting it longer then trimming' and I have wavy hair so it bounced up! But it turned out really pretty nonetheless, and hopefully, when it grows out a bit more, it'll be even better

ok so I’m one of the many ppl who are cutting their hair during quarantine and let me just say. I had no idea that bangs like this was a possibility. I thought I’d end up with a thick chunk of hair in the middle of my face. I was surprised with how well this turned out and it honestly fits me better than traditional bangs. I recommend having a comb and hair scissors tho, bc I didn’t have either and I feel like it would have been a lot easier. But overall it looks really good (for what I can do) and I don’t regret

- Just do it! I always show videos so they get a better understanding of what I’m trying to explain. Better for them to have an actual example instead of trying to guess what you have in mind. Also, they may learn a new trick or two. I showed my usual stylist a video of how to add baby hairs/cover balding on hairline the Korean way and they were surprised, and have done it to multiple clients since then :)

I bring photos to show to the stylist but they only ever look at it once and never again while cutting my hair and then my cut ends up looking completely different from what I wanted. So try showing them a video so they can better understand what technique to use and how to approach the cut. I'm going to try next time too.

GUYS THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO DO IT. I literally just did and i LOVE IT. I have a high forehead and very fine hair so my hair looked super dull. Now it has a pretty volume on the bangs and it helps to hide my forehead a little bit. It is honestly so easy to do (i skipped the part of taking hair from the sides because I usually wear my hair down) and it turned our great! If you are scared to do it, it is very easy to hide it (it blends nicely with your hair) and it will grow back in a few months!!
