I’m a carat and I already watched Hit performances and their choreography video several times. I wanna say, only Niki got the right amount of energy needed for the dance and the charisma just like how Seventeen members have whenever they dance the song. Considering the short amount of time they had to practice, Niki really did great. He’s not my bias in I-land but you can’t deny how amazing he is. Honestly, that shows he’s a great dance teacher since NiKi taught other people to dance when he was around 12-13 before debuting. He puts dance skills before friends, wouldn’t it be cheating if you just ignore the fact that you can see your friend needs to definitely improve and choose someone who is more skilled to be out? Maybe cuz he is too young and with his talent, he will have a lot of oportunities later. Also, he needs to improve his stage presence and his vocals. For me, he is in the same level as Jake. I feel he needs to shine more, maybe is the screen time, or I don't know, but we really don't know much about him. The fact that HIT is one of the hardest choreo of SVT and they gave NIKI the center only means that the other trainees know that Niki can pull it off even in a short time of practice (since Niki can memorize and execute the choreo on point even in just a couple of minutes). As aCarat who watched every SVT HIT performance i can say this confidently: the trainees all did really really really well i legit shocked at how gooooood they are despite they only trained for less than 24 hours (in fact only 8 HOURS daebak!) bcs we all know HIT is like one of SVT hardest choreos! (btw yall stream 24h on Japan SVT yt Channel thanks it is very good!)
