Reason why Heesung is a smart player : He noticed that if each individual of them got a higher score then their team average will also be higher. The higher the individual score they get equals their team average is, because it looks like the team average will be base on how high their individual scores are. Thus much fewer members will be eliminated.

이때 아이랜더들이 그런 동작 안한 이유가 개인 점수 중요한 것도 있지만(첫 테스트때 팀위해서 저 이희승이란 친구가 본인 연습시간 포기해가면서 애들 봐주고 했는데 결론적으로 개인점수들이 낮아서 평균점수가 망해버림 그래서 6명이나 방출되었음) 처음에 무대시설 부실로 한 연생이 다쳐서 하차한 경우를 봤기 때문에 더 안전이나 다치는 거에 예민할 수밖에 없었음..얘네 입장도 조금 생각해줘야할 필요가 있을것같아서 얘기합니당.,

Actually that's what bang pd said to bts and txt. Their company cultures are: there's no individual without the team, and it's okay to argue. He said don't be afraid of fighting. Fight if you're angry. Even fist fights are fine. It's fine to fight. He teach them that fearing fights only makes conflics grow bigger. But they need to resolve the conflicts with all members. Even if only 2 fight, all members must resolve it together.

I'm really glad that he learned from his mistakes and from now I can really see that he can have a really good leadership but you all acting like he did nothing wrong in the previous episode are hypocrite, " i would prefer us to fight more and say what we don't like and what we should change..." it's his word, it's what happened in the previous ep people were complaining and instead of fighting he gave up his position. That was his mistake. Some people say that it's even BH culture or something, I don't know if he learn that from BH or just by self-reflection but that was always how BTS works, when there's conflict they always come together to resolve the conflict, listen to the complains and trying to fix the issue. That was what happened in the previous ep. And when Heeseung didn't feel good about it you all are, oh no they shouldn't complain and all the others are in the wrong but when he say something like that "oh you're right Heeseung, it's the right thing to do, you're the best blablabla...", I really like heeseung and I'm totally rooting for him so that he can debut because I know that he totally deserve it but I also like a bunch of other participants and I'm totally fade up with you all too biassed and don't try to be a little objective on the entire situation.

I was disappointed when Heesung avoided the main teamplay choreography but I could also understand him. But I'm so proud of him for owning up to his mistake and apologizing and calling a meeting for discussion immediately after the practice. He opened up about all of their concerns and talked together how to fix them. A good leader is one who owns up to their mistakes and improvizes. And I can see Heesung being one in the final lineup. :)

This episode made me go through a rollercoaster, I was seriously getting frustrated again when there was a lack of teamwork yet again. Good thing they figured things up and worked on their teamwork. Bang PD teach his trainees well. Their company cultures are: there's no individual without the team, and it's okay to argue. He said to bts as well don't be afraid of fighting. Fight if you're angry. Even fist fights are fine. It's fine to fight. He teach them that fearing fights only makes conflics grow bigger. But they need to resolve the conflicts with all members. Even if only 2 fight, all members must resolve it together. That's why Heesung quickly realized his mistake that he have to put the team first and became so straighforward on this episode that he said he like them to fight more.

I was worried about Heeseung for a second there. I'm so glad he realized what's important in their 2nd test. I must say, Heeseung is still a really good potential leader. He might make bad decisions by focusing, at first, on individual performance but the good thing is he knows how to learn from his mistakes and he also know how he can fix it. This episode shows how anyone can't always be perfect but there's always room for improvement. And I'm just glad that this time Heeseung doesn't have to bear it all by himself. Someone was there to comfort him. I can't remember if it was Yoonwon or Taeyong but I'm really grateful for him for checking up on Heeseung 😭❤

When Heesung said 'I would like to we fight more....' remind me to how Bang pdnim handle BTS. Its okay as long as you want argue or fight with your member but you need a conclusion after fight because you as a team not individual. I really like the way Heesung reflect his mistake and handle team in the better way because i can see the second performance with new member i-lander is more happy and enjoy before the first performance signal song too stiff and pressure. I like the new member i-lander because you can feel the teamwork better, easier to talk and approach. I want to thank you so much for the new member i-lander because comfort Heesung when he down after criticism. As BTS said 'teamwork makes the dreamwork' so please keep it in the mind for the better group you need each other. As you can see the signal song to remind that 'better walk together than alone'. I don't think Heesungs way of thinking is necessarily wrong, If you can't do your part individually then how can you expect to work in a team full of others? However, I do think that they neglected the overall challenge of the performance which is teamwork. Honestly, though none of the other trainees stepped up to bring this up, so it falls on all of them. What I like about Heesung is that he seems genuine and relatable. He has everyone's best interest at heart, but also wants to make sure he is a positive contributor to the team by performing his best. This mindset will lead him to make mistakes, but he already knows how to take responsibility and apologize for his misjudgments. How he brought the team together and was able to get everyone to talk about their concerns was nice to see and I like how he explained it. It's not that they don't want to work together, but the fact that they feel attached and sorry to the people they had to leave behind. He really is a natural leader and I'm enjoying watching his character develop and grow.
