On a super rainy day,

I opened my Ki Restaurant without any notice.
I absolutely love gopchang black pepper tteokbokki
that's slightly pungent… 💕
You should also try making this delicious dish by using
all the black pepper powder you have at home❤️
🍲Tteokbokki with Beef intestines and Pepper🍲
1. Put water in a pot, add broth tea bag and boil.
2. Put rice cakes and fish cakes in water and unfreeze them. (If not frozen, you can use them right away)
3. Cut the fish cakes, beef, green onion, and beef intestines into bite-sized pieces.
4. Put the tuna liquid and soy sauce in the pot and boil it with 2 pieces of coin broth.
5. Take out the broth tea bag when it’s brewed enough.
6. Add 3 spoons of gochujang, 1 spoon of minced garlic, 5 spoons of red pepper powder and boil. (Adjust the amount according to the size of the spoon)
7. Sprinkle enough pepper, (Adjust the amount according to your taste)
8. Put one round of oligofructose. (If you like sweet flavor, you can add more)
9. Put the fish cake soup as well and boil it enough.
10. Put all the beef intestines, fish cakes, rice cakes, kimchi, Cheongyang pepper, and green onion.
11. Sprinkle pepper and put one round of tuna liquid. (Adjust the amount according to your taste)
12. Cut the ingredients to make them easy to eat, add ramen noodles and it’s done!
🐙Seafood and Kimchi Pancake🐙
1. Slice Cheongyang pepper, red pepper, and green onion.
2. Unfreeze the seafood. (If not frozen, use it right away after removing sediment)
3. Slice the well-riped kimchi.
4. Cut the seafood into bite-sized pieces and add them.
5. Add 2 spoons of red pepper powder, 5 spoons of pancake powder, 200ml of water and mix (Adjust the amount of water while watching)
6. Add 1 spoon of Yondu, 1 spoon of Mirin, and 1 spoon of Tsuyu.
7. Sprinkle some pepper and mix, and you're done!
