At 0:41 「カーカーカンスット」is translated wrong. It’s not “Electro charged”, it’s an abbreviation for “Count stop” meaning that he has Beidou maxed at C6. :)

It's not "Count stop". It's 完凸 (Kantotsu), which typically refers to maxed progression (limit break, or in Genshin case max weapon rank or max character constellation)
