I love to bake but it's very hit or miss with me haha, when I fail I fail hard 😅 Think I'm gonna make an apple crumble today, I'm totally in the mood for it 😋 Your handwriting is so pretty! I would add 1/2tsp of almond extract for the plain almond croissants and chill the almond paste in the fridge for about 30mins before using :)

Hi there- I would definitely recommend purchasing a monitor if you can! It's definitely helped me with laying out all my tabs when working remotely and also just stopping me from squinting when on my laptop!

Hi there of course! 80g almond flour 80g unsalted butter 80g soft light brown sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional 1/2 tsp almond extract) For the matcha add 1 tsp matcha powder Bake at 180C for 15 mins
