I have heard that each idol actually has their own writer, and then the writers collaborate for events / supports and everything is checked by a head editor and production. I think it's pretty vague - she is at least 'over it' for the near future, she's giving back the keys because she's done putting in time for extra lessons and she's heading home - probably just to sulk for now, as by the time season 4 rolls around you can tell she's become quite invested in the idol world.

Sorry for this opinion, but since I'm new to Shiny Colors, is it normal for Madoka to seem quite rude to me? Like, the "I blame you for this" and other lines really bugged me.

Nope, that's definitely what you should take away from this. She's very blunt and distrustful of the idol industry. The main reason she becomes an idol is to protect her highschool friends who join alongside her (Toru, Koito, and... well, not sure how much she likes Hinana). If you haven't checked out her scout commu to see some of this I recommend it. There are plenty of other idols who are much nicer to the Producer, and it's totally fine to not vibe with Madoka! I personally think she's so popular BECAUSE she's the first straight-up rude idol in the game ;)

The patch has translations for all of her endings except clearing season 4, semi-finals stuff and the finals audition stuff (but has the actual post-finals ending commus). I'll probably wait until everything is done before making a video for her, but all of that is available to read-along in the google doc if you just can't wait :)
