Your Thai is already very much understandable. The word "กะเพรา" is spelt like this. Therefore, the correct pronunciation is /ka-phrao/. It's hard to acquire this word correctly in everyday life because many Thai people misspell it and pronounce it incorrectly too. 2:25 A standard and formal classifier for ไข่ is ฟอง - hence, "ไข่ 30 ฟอง". Less formal classifiers for ไข่ include ใบ and ลูก. So, as you live in Thailand, you may also hear people say, for example, "ขอไข่ดาวแบบไข่แดงไม่สุกใบนึง" or "ขอไข่ดาวแบบไข่แดงสุก 2 ใบ" 4:17 รอน้ำออกไปฟ้า --> รอน้ำแห้ง or รอน้ำระเหย, literally. But, in this context, a Thai cookbook would say 'ผัดให้แห้ง (= Stir-fry until it becomes dry).' 5:04 "ปวดแขน" ครับ 5:51 "จะเสร็จ *แล้ว* ครับ". You have to say "แล้ว" as well. The phrase "จะเสร็จ จะเสร็จครับ" is used in another context. Please ask your Thai friends in which context it is used. I'm not going to tell you here. 6:17 "แสบตา" ครับ. เจ็บตา is used to describe an injury when something has poked your eye(s). 8:41 ไข่ดาวสุกครึ่ง --> "ไข่ดาวแบบไข่แดงเกือบสุก" ครับ The phrase "รอน้ำออกไปฟ้า" is very admirable. I could understand immediately what you wanted to convey. You're a very good language learner. If I were you at that moment, I couldn't convey the message at all. Respect!!!

I saw, you,ve put Krapraow leaves on the bow. I think you should (rinse them before) cook in the pan . You have to stir garlic ,chilli and krapraow together in pretty hot oil. Every thing should be cooked (not fresh). Try again..I 'm waiting for your next thai food. I saw,you ve ever cooked Padthai since Chantaburi 's trip,right?
