Today I've tried making a Malaysian snack, Apam Balik.
It was so good~!!
You guys should definitely try it
The key point is that you can put any stuffing you want!!
You can add jam if you prefer
Or if you're a huge chocolate person like me, then you can add some Nutella!! Hope you enjoy :)

Finally, this is what I have been waiting for. You did great Yunhyeong. Maybe you can make the batter little bit thicker, then make it crispy as you put thin layer of the batter and you cover the whole pan including the side which the result you will have soft part and crispy part of Apam Balik. And my favourite is Apam Balik original and Apam Balik cheese. You should try Apam Balik Cheese, you can use the cheese slice. For the corn, the most delicious is to use corn in the tin and salted butter. Yummy. After all, you really did a great job. Love it, looks yummy. AND YES PLEASE PLEASE COME TO MALAYSIA AND I WILL SEND YOU THE BEST APAM BALIK. PLEASE.
