The thing that sucks the most is knowing one of Sakura's biggest regret in life is not being able to be by Sasshi's side in her graduation concert. It's been years since that incident but the fact that Sakura still talks about it in her latest interviews after she came back to Japan shows how much it weigh in on her mind those 2.5 years. I heard that Sakura leaved HKT48 (İdk if if its how you write it lol), but ıdk exactly if thats true or not
honestly, i know nearly nothing about hkt48 but i really admire sasshi's attitude about her graduating. when she was dancing and singing afterwards it truly seemed as if a weight had been lifted off her shoulders. while it will be sad to see her go, i look forward to seeing her and hkt grow forwards!
Honestly, after watching Produce 48, I wanted more AKB48, HKT48, NMB48 members to debut in kpop groups, but now I don't know. They seem to be really attached to their Japanese groups, even if in my, and a lot of kpop fans', eyes these groups are "worse" than Korean groups (easier choreography, less sophisticated songs, a lot of members, graduation system, them not being trained etc.) these groups are like family to them. They aren't under that much pressure, they have all of their members, it's just a job and not a lifestyle, they can have fun rather than be always stressed out and just overall it's a lot easier than in Korea. The only downside that I've seen them speak about is not getting spotlight because of the number of members. It's true that in the past I wanted more Japanese idols to debut in Korea, because of their personalities and charisma, but now... If they want to, they'll debut, but they seem happy in their groups. Edit: I just wanted to add, because this comment might've come off as a little rude, especially when I first posted it (I've made some minor changes just now), but these were just my personal feelings at the time which I think lots of other K-pop fans had as well as a direct consequence of Produce 48 and the creation of IZ*ONE. I don't want to put down AKB48 and other groups like that, especially not now when I think I'm more aware then ever of preferential differences between people amongst other things.

agree, knetz are always harsh to japanese members of kpop, for them, the j-members didnt meet their expectation in being an idol. what ive seen in japanese idols are they not that powerful when it comes to singing and dancing but when they're on stage, They enjoying it, even the fans enjoying it. but in korea, whatever the kpop groups doing, they always have negative comments.

48's producer, wanted to form a girl group with its own theater (unlike pop groups performing occasional concerts and seen on television) and performing daily so fans could always see them live. This "idols you can meet" concept includes teams which can rotate performances and perform simultaneously at several events and "handshake" events, where fans can meet group members. I think that's why eventhough they're not "as tight as kpop idol", they got their own charm, and their fanservice is over the top, Izone definitely got a really new extra flavor with sakura, hitomi, nako, but wherever they are in the future, let's keep supporting them
@user-gp1bt4vm3r5 жыл бұрын
Well, to be fair, this was very early on. So, it's pretty obvious that they're going to be nervous and even intimidated about working in a totally different environment and of course are more comfortable in a familiar environment. But for me, personally, it seems like IZ*ONE's jline are more attached to IZONE now. Because they literally spend all day, everyday together and they also have a close bond as well which makes them more attached to the group and one another. Not saying that they don't have any love for 48G or aren't close to the 48G members. But there are example like, if you watch the second part of IZONE's vlive in NY with Nako and Chaeyeon, Sakura says in the background that she wishes that IZONE members can just live together forever. And she also constantly mentions about how depressed she feels about thinking about the disbandment like barely 2 months into the group.
As much as I want sakunakotomi to stay with izone and for izone to never disband . watching this makes me torn.sakunakotomi has a their own groups and family in japan and they have to return to continue the legacy

to kpop stans----- 48Group is not about perfection. You might be surprised to see many top members of 48G have no actual skill in singing or dancing. We, the group and the fans, value our interaction and any little things we can grasp together. Those members are growing up with us, we are supporting them to achieve their dreams and in return, they are working hard to provide us with abundant positive energy. The journey of accompanying your idol from nothing to something is the foundation of 48G.

48 groups’ system is really unique. So far, I have never seen another group globally giving me the vibe like these girls do. Especially HKT nowadays. They are of course “member of HKT48” fighting together for their personal ideals but more importantly they really take HKT48 as their family and responsibility. Sashi has taken her time to educate Sakura as an idol so that, when she leaves, Sakura could be the one leading the group and educating the younger generation. Sakura is also always doing the same thing. They are almost selfless when it comes to this group. So I doubt people’s saying that Sakura would abandon HKT as soon as she comes back from Korean. Of course we all know that it would be the best when she could work for only her own name, but, so far, what I see from this girl is something totally different from the selfish “idol” people think she is.

Looking back on this moment in hindsight, NOBODY reacted like this for anyone's graduation announcement, not even for the KAMI 7 (Although Shinoda Mariko did come close). By all accounts she shouldn't have even been there. Here is a woman who was counted out because of a scandal and not only did she turn HKT48 into a powerhouse when it was just getting on it's feet, but she became the ACE of AKB48 itself. Her talent and leadership overcame so many odds stacked against her. She did it her way and I don't think there will ever be another like her. It really was like a funeral backstage. You can't fake emotion like that. Not from everybody. That means she is truly loved and was a real leader. And if the fellow members acted like that, I can only imagine how the fans who considered her their "Oshii" reacted. Japan is probably still in shock coming on 2 years later. I know I am.

There is something very special about being in the 48 groups in Japan, because its like a coming of age experience. Also, you get so used to being so close to the fans and in your city, like Hkt48 in Fukuoka. In kpop, there is nothing like that but constant training and performances, even if you are not big. However, if you are one of the big groups, you will deal with more pressure and anxiety. Just look at Twice. They have not stopped working at a higher rate than other idol groups since the Cheer Up era. There was only a pause with the corona going on. But if I was raised to be in a system like hkt48, I would love it and the company more because its like a second home, whereas for idols, it depends and foreign idols are already far from home.

It's evident that both Sakura and Nako wanted to be at Sasshi's graduation concert but couldn't unfortunately so that's why they had to give her their gratitude via by video and of course they were very sad about it. You obviously don't understand the strong bond that these girls have with their mama Sasshi and it's evident with the way they're all crying in this video after she announced her graduation. Please don't let your toxic and negative mindset paint these beautiful moments as something that's either fake or just for clout. Also Sakura and Nako being here or filming those videos clearly didn't hurt IZ*ONE in any way and they were thriving during this time. The group was doing just fine and if anything this just brought IZ*ONE even more attention from the Japanese audience. Also you have to take it into account that if it weren't for Sasshi's influence neither Sakura nor Nako wouldn't have had the chance to debut in IZ*ONE in the first place. Sasshi was the driving force that helped made HKT48 and all of it's members rose to the top. That's why this was such a very important moment for all of the members especially for both Sakura and Nako. Sasshi is the reason why HKT48 is successful today and the reason why both Sakura and Nako were able to thrive in IZ*ONE in the first place. Imagine finding out that your biggest mentor who has mentored you for so many years is now leaving their students behind in order for them to succeed even more but you couldn't go to their graduation ceremony? Of course you'd be very distraught by that and that was clearly the case here and this video made it VERY obvious. So from now on maybe you should do some more research on certain things so that way you don't have to go down to the lowest of the low and spread false information to other people like an immature middle/high schooler. P.S. The thing that truly hurted IZ*ONE in the most horrible way was Mnet and their toxic ways of doing things NOT Sasshi-san but ya'll aren't ready for that conversation. 😊

@@mibukdesjarlais534 I literally followed Sasshi since she was in team B and I watched SakuNako grow up. so think again when you say I don't understand their bond. My comment is literally saying there are people saying shit like that and don't understand how important sasshi is to the two of them. I'm pissed at anyone who made that comment because hope beyond hope that I was praying they would be able to be on the grad stage. I'm saying there are people saying shit like this. Maybe re-read my comment before saying I don't understand their bonds. I'm not even wiz*one, I have always been SashiSakuNako oshi so I KNOW how precious their relationships are. It seems like YOU misunderstood my comment.

@@maokay Oh okay I see now. Pardon me for my big misunderstandment. I guess the way you worded your comment made it sound like you were agreeing with the person who said that and I sort of went into defense mode. Because I know for a fact that mama Sasshi would NEVER use any of her children for clout that's just so unlike her. But thank goodness I was wrong. Once again I deeply apologize for misunderstanding your comment. I'm a very big Sasshi wota myself and it also pisses me of when people make very insensitive comments like that as well. Whoever said that Sasshi used both Sakura and Nako for clout at her graduation concert is one big clueless idiot and lacks any brain cells whatsoever. 😊

@@mibukdesjarlais534 I'm glad we clear this up. And I agreed, Sasshi would NEVER do things like that, especially with SakuNako. Right now I'm just excited about the potential youtube collab of them 3 since sasshi and sakura already have their own channel and Nako mentioned she likes making videos. It might be the rare occasion to be able see them together since Sasshi doesn't go on music shows anymore and the girls don't usually go on Sasshi's variety shows...

Wow, this is up there with Acchan's graduation announcement as far as group reaction is concerned. But this one feels like it hurt more.

For other groups, it maybe only a "group". But for HKT, it is a "family".
