I think what xJack Red meant was just a saying. We use the word “saviour” often when someone do us a favour. We say, “You’re my saviour.” If xHacj Red felt Buddha was his saviour, that’s his choice to think that way. Buddha has been our saviour in many ways. HIS philosophy so far guided us towards Nirvana.

@@arnabroychoudhury8064 You are taught some wrong history.... plz confirm.... Buddha defferd from Hinduism (of one of the greatest religion) because there was a lot of corruption in Vedic literature.... therefore Buddha's teachings are preserved in Pali language and not SANSKRIT

@@Abhi-nb1xo Sakyamuni never came to destroy Vedic Dharma. Sakyamuni came to liberate people from the ritualistic domination and superstition of people in the nation. He came to remove the suffering of man. All the teachings of Buddha are found in Vedanta philosophy. When the Buddha came, Vedic dharma was ended and puranic age. All sort of jat pat and superstition springed out. He came to destroy them and simply preach the divinity of each man. Buddhism is the logical development of Hinduism. There is no superstition in gyana kanda of Vedic philosophy. All superstition are made by people then.
