Henry shows us that you have two choices when faced with adversity: declare defeat and give up, or admit that a path is blocked and forge a new one. Henry has fully embraced his boundless creativity and discovered through adversity that creativity will not be limited to one form of expression. It is formless and only needs a creator a vehicle for it to be made manifest. The most important lessons Henry has learned in his life is to not limit himself, to be unafraid of the unknown, and to work hard and seek expert training and collaboration. I am not an ELF at the beginning but when I found the stage Henry with Super Junior's members, I thought the whole group, including Henry for sure, they're all so much talent and I admired them all. Back to the day when he showed us how confused he was to keep staying at the old company or leaving, there maybe one of his "WHY NOT". It was so awful, Siwon and Heechul called out the only 13 ELF for their behavior. Henry finally refused to play Don’t Don after SS3. At one concert, Zhoumi was in tears and Henry refused to talk. It got worse for awhile after Hangeng left. If anyone deserves recognition for their talents it’s Henry. I’m so happy for him.

Mỗi lần nhìn thấy Henry thì mình chỉ thấy tiếc nuối vì những năm tháng ở SM, không phủ nhận SM đã đào tạo Henry nhưng SM thật sự đã bỏ phí tài năng của Henry rất nhiều! Nếu năm đó SM không cho Henry ra mắt trong nhóm phụ của SJ, nếu năm đó SM thẳng thừng cho Henry solo thì bây giờ Henry sẽ gặt hái được nhiều hơn như thế. For those who always got offended when I said Henry isn't Super Junior, now you know what I mean. His first debut performance was to play violin for Super Junior but got bullied. Then, SM suspended and stoped all his activities in Korea and let him joined Super Junior M (Mandarin) which promoted in HK, Taiwan and China. He never showed up in any Super Junior albums.

Whenever he was with super junior members, there were always haters attacking him. Whenever he attended super show, he had to spend time waiting at the backstage for the only a few SJ-M songs he participated. SJ mbrs are good ppl and Henry chrieshed the time he performed on stage. But, to be Henry Lau definitely is a better way for him to "why not" showing ppl more Henry without limitations.
