Actually, in a way it's kind of a benefit, because when you don't understand anything, you don't remember or focus on anything she's saying either, which means you can let your brain rest completely. And because you don't remember anything you can watch it a lot more, before suffering from reduced tingles because you know the entire video in your head.

Też oglądacie filmy ASMR w tajemnicy przed rodziną i znajomymi ? Ja tak robię obawiając się niezrozumienia lub nawet wyśmiania ;) Uwielbiam ten typ relaksacji ale zapodaję go sobie tylko gdy jestem sam i mam zapewniony spokój :) PS. Bardzo fajny relaksujący filmik ;) Do You watch ASMR videos in secret before your family and friends ? I do that way all the time in fear of misunderstanding or laughing ;) Ive love this type of relaxation but i use it only in perfect loneliness and privacy :) PS. Very relaxing video ! ;)

W sensie idk czy by mnie wyśmiali ale jak jest jakiś dźwięk na lekcji, który przeszkadza i należy, że tak powiem do dźwięku ASMR, i nauczyciel robi coś żeby się go pozbyć to krzyczą "NIE NO PROSZĘ PANI ASMR TAKIE RELAKSUJONCE TO" albo sami to parodiują i w sumie czasami robią to śmiesznie xD.
