I was considering sitting through the entire 3 hours of the unsubbed footage while not understanding a single thing, but then I saw your announcement about deciding to sub this and I've been waiting patiently until now 😊 Thank you so much for your hard work and for taking up the big project months after the show has ended. Please take your well deserved break before making more translations if you need one ❤ Some comments for the live itself: I'm sad they didn't pick the top 15 trainees so we would've had an ot11, but I'm glad Nine was able to make it in 14. It's really nice to see some of the favourite trainees who sadly hadn't made the final lineup again and to get a reminder of all the pre-debut dynamics. I've also really missed the Chuang games and challenges, some people may not like them, but I've always enjoyed seeing all of the boys goof around and interact with each other. Though it's a shame the foreigners weren't as good at Chinese at the time and couldn't speak as much during the first part of the live. Also some of your t/ns and e/ns make me laugh and actually make the viewer experience better because it soft of feels like I'm watching the stream with virtual friends :) And random observations through the video: Of course Nine dragged Liu Yu to team with him in the first game, but it was also funny how Santa and Riki had no choice but follow the two 😂 Bo Yuan has really been the older brother of the trainees, he even paid attention to re-styling Hiroto's hair when it got stuck under the blindfold and was translating the instructions for his teammates 🥺 He basically took care of Hiroto during the entire live which was very nice to see. t/n at 43:05 did not age well 😥 I miss the continuous joke of Calean acting like the number 1 Chunzhen fan lol. I also loved the stories of everyone meeting in the bathroom to chat, I'm glad they had a place to bond at back in the dorms. Hearing about the sleeping arrangements is interesting because it shows that some of them stayed in different rooms even though we'll never find out how frequently it happened 😅 I love how Jiayuan gave Hiroto his mic to sing the last part of their Lover Boy 88 performance. And I am also very happy for them getting the letters and fan videos, I'm sure the meeting with fans gave them encouragement to continue on. This has once again reminded me that I'm so glad Bo Yuan managed to get in the group because he really deserved it after having been chasing his dream for such a long time. The reminder of the 4 who didn't make it to the final group is very bittersweet, but we know they've been active and getting jobs even after the show so at least it seems they're doing quite well 😁 It was really nice to be able to reminiscence on the Chuang days and finally have a chance to watch this live so I'm grateful for the subtitles of the whole recording ♥

I think they needed an even number to split them into the groups, but they still could've done a top 16 😥 It's hard to make me tear up, but I definitely got the most emotional seeing Pai and Nine cry after the family recordings came up :) Calean made sure to include Chunzhen in some way in all of his later vlogs, but the commercials were especially funny 😂 I'm very glad most of their private conversations and interactions weren't broadcast, us fans shouldn't know too much about their privacy unless they decide to share it with us themselves! They probably wanted everyone to perform in duos, but Jiayuan still found a way to bypass the rule and include all present members of the Lover Boy 88 team 😄 It honestly would've been a lot easier on everyone if the foreigners were given translated versions of the letters and the moderators were tasked with reading out the Chinese originals since at times I was left wondering how much of the content were the trainees actually able to understand while reading 😅 But I'm sure their Chinese friends helped them understand the letters after the live if the translations weren't included in them 😁 The fan letters are the most important part of the video since I think I would've been able to get the gist of what was happening during the games part even without subtitles, but I would've had to skip the entire last hour. So thank you again for making the effort to translate the most difficult part too! ❤

Caelan and Chunzhen is true love that none of us will ever understand LOL Right? I was so confused why they were given Chinese versions of the letters since it wasn't even the original letter that the fans sent (they typed up the content and printed it out) tbh they probably understood VERY little because there was a lot of flowery language iirc And aw thanks so much!!

@@INTO1Subtitles That last hour must've been really difficult to translate when you were having trouble understanding the letters and also had to work while crying. I wonder if it was more difficult to get through this or the INTO1 Sina live that destroyed your eardrums 😅 I guess Calean's love for Chunzhen was his response to Jennie getting a boyfriend, there's a whole love story hidden in those advertisements 😂 I was thinking they might have got the letters with an added Latin transcript since I don't think the Thai members were able to read any of the Chinese characters at the time. The organisers probably didn't want them to read it in English in case some of the fans couldn't understand (even though they could've just provided on-site subtitles). But I think the trainees still teared up simply by knowing there were people supporting them and writing them letters so we still got genuine reactions despite the poor organisation of that part 😊

@@Loumarui hahaha tbh they were difficult in different ways, but i think this one was harder bc i literally could not understand 😭 LOL we will never understand the complexities of Caelan's brain hahaha yep! they definitely got pinyin with their Chinese characters, but even native speakers won't be able to speak smoothly reading aloud off of pinyin because it's very clunky to read. not sure how much they were able to understand but yes, definitely they got that feeling of being loved 😭
