Akina actually explained that on later day with Fuwa. Akina made so much friends at Nijisanji that he had to up the hurdle. To him friends = sworn friends, those who will say yes when he suddenly invites them to travel to Okinawa. Deja vu? That's right. That's actually what Mayuzumi writes in his profile in LeverGacha Daipan. He wants someone to knocks his door and invites him outside on his off day.
