We are uploading this video to wrap up June (already!).
Also posted on community, but I want to thank the 16-minute Minsoo members who greeted me recently. I was happy that you came all the way to add warm memories. Isn't it so great to think of this memory when making apple pie?
July is when the rainy season begins and hot summer starts, but I hope we all stay healthy and create even more vivid and refreshing memories of the hot summer. I hope you all are trying to make the mascarpone ice cream at home since the texture turned out better than expected! (If it tastes good, please gesture to become a New Minsoo to your friends nearby? :)
Also, we are planning to go to Busan in the summer around Haeundae beach. If any Minsoo members in Busan or acquaintances/family members know any delicious restaurants or recommended places, please let us know in the comments! (We might visit to say a quick hello 😍)
And, as explained in the video, vanilla ice cream melts faster due to its higher cream content. Please deep freeze it and consume it quickly. Since this homemade version doesn't contain preservatives, it's best to consume it within 3 days even if it's frozen.
