Qu Ni is so annoying that it's funny.😂 I really love this story. It like a unique fairytale filled great characters and amazing actors. Everything about it has an ethereal feel: Blacky, their horse, the carriage, a magical umbrella, Daughter of Hades, Haotian, cultivators, immortals, and everlasting love. This scene was brilliant, everything, the warning from Qi Shan & the urgency in his voice, the ringing of the bell, Sang Sang identity reveal, Mo Shan Shan's interference, and Sang Sang's & Ning Que's escape.💖🎬

No, why can't Long Qing be the Son of Hades? He's a perfect fit.😭 Even so I love plot twists. I love when Ning Que said "I found her...I fed her with porridge so she could grow up, if you have to say she's someone's daughter she can only be my daughter." 😭🤧 The scene where Sang Sang called Ning Que in a teary voice, the way he rushed over to her, and how he looked at her broke my heart.💔 He's willing to wage war to protect her at all cost. He loves her; she is his soulmate from birth. All the flashbacks of Little Ning Que and baby Sang Sang from S1 to S2 are all heartbreaking, the way they suffered to survive.

i really liked Andrew Chen in the first Ever Night< he wis one of the best Actors Chinese or American, or any Ethnic actor, but the new Ning Que is growing on me and the whole season 1 @ 2 is the best tv series or even movies ive watched in a long time. cant get enough of this show. many thanks to cast and everyone involved in making this awesome ancient action drama. keep up the hard work and now im waiting for 5 @6 to come out in apprx 30 minutes.

Thank you Tencent Video for making this series available. I've only recently started watching C-Dramas and holy cow, y'all are big on d-r-a-m-a! This series, I didn't understand the change in characters, between Season 1 and 2, but Ep. 5 has really pulled the two together for me. I appreciate the acting - these are tough roles to play, convincingly. I'm NOT disappointed and possibly motivated to learn a different language (so I can listen more and read subtitles less). FYI - Thanks for the English subtitles and translations. Whew ... onto the next episode. ✌🦋

Sang Sang being the daughter of the Dead is not the same as being the daughter of Hades or the Devil. Birth and Death are natural occurrences in all living things from the smalles gnat to the giant Whale, and including those pesky two legged being that like to kill each other for fun (war). As I understand this story line, Sang Sang is both the Daughter of Light, the Daughter of Death and Hao Tian, which to me seems to be God.

I'm ultimately very disappointed in Old Man ChiShan. So what if he suppressed Sang Sang's symptoms--he didn't cure her, and couldn't prevent that damn Bell from falling into the wrong hands, exposing both her and Niu Que to the gravest of dangers. (FuZi definitely trusted the wrong guy!) Hell, he even almost abandoned her though they're master and disciple. At the very least he could've forced them to leave the damn festival (they'd have listened if he insisted). In any case, it's no surprise that Niu would fight--it's a scene reminiscent of ChowFong in Louis Cha's novel fighting some 300 martial artists to save the sick girl, only a bit less heroic. You'd do ANYTHING including defying the whole world to protect someone you love, which was why I felt that Bookworm would try to help them as well before she did.

Ning Que basic raise Sang Sang by himself He said it, so oh course He's gonna protect her even if She is the daugter of Hades, He sees Sang Sang more like a daughter to not just a lover, He's not gonna let no enemies touch her, however that might be His downfall at end if Sang Sang ends Up killin him at end, but She got both light, and dark in her, Ning Que has some dark demoic In him but that's because of Sang Sang touch him, but He's not the Son of Hades, Sang Sang is the daughter of Hades, but I don't understand how come She has this light in her to, now Ning Que I think He maybe true Lord Of Light, and something else to not sure but maybe a Phoenix fire bird to not sure but I think he can fly with powers he got.

Are you sure the bell isn't picking up on the darkness that seeped into Sang Sang's hand when Long Qing attacked their horse carriage? Long Qing was also in the Tang Empire 16 years ago, then ran off to Yan Empire, but the time period is the same. That Goddess that appeared so far was labeled as 天女 when she first appeared claiming she was "you" (Sang Sang), so she could be the reincarnation of Hao Tian rather than Hades.
