เมื่อโรงเรียนเริ่มขาดทุน ปภาดา ผู้บริหารของโรงเรียนสยามวิชญ์ ตัดสินใจยุบวิทยาเขตอุดรพิทักษ์เข้ากับวิทยาเขตหลักอย่าง เทพบูรพา ทำให้ปีการศึกษาใหม่นี้ นักเรียนทั้ง 2 วิทยาเขตที่ไม่ชอบกันและกัน ต้องมาใช้ชีวิตในรั้วโรงเรียนเดียวกัน
เซนต์ (สกาย วงศ์รวี) เด็กโข่งหัวหน้าห้อง ม.5/2 ผู้ไม่ค่อยสนใจใครและไม่สนใจการเรียน ในอดีตเคยเป็นหัวหน้าแก๊งนักเลงสมัยอยู่ ม.ต้น ต้องมาเจอกับ ชิน (นานิ หิรัญกฤษฎิ์) เด็กหนุ่มหัวขบถ เจ้าอารมณ์ ไม่ค่อยยอมใคร ซึ่งในอดีตทั้งชินและเซนต์ต่างเคยเป็นเพื่อนสนิทกันแต่เกิดเรื่องบางอย่างบาดหมางกันอย่างรุนแรง และการที่ทั้งเซนต์และชินไม่ถูกกันทำให้เกิดศึกใหญ่ในโรงเรียน จนเดือดร้อน ครูแจน (มารีญา พูลเลิศลาภ) ครูสาวที่มาประจำชั้นห้อง ม.5/2 และ ครูซุง (เฟย ภัทร) ที่ต้องมาร่วมมือกับครูแจนเพื่อหยุดยั้งไม่ให้นักเรียนในห้องตัวเองตีกันและพยายามช่วยเหลือให้เซนต์และชินคืนดีกันให้ได้
ปัญหาเด็กทะเลาะกันครั้งใหญ่ แต่ศึกใหญ่ที่สุดกลับเป็นศึกระหว่างอดีตเพื่อนรักที่ตายแทนกันได้อย่าง เซนต์ และ ชิน ที่ตอนนี้กลายมาเป็นศัตรูกัน และในเทอมใหม่นี้ก็คือโอกาสที่ทั้งคู่จะได้ฟื้นคืนความสัมพันธ์ หรือไม่ก็แตกหักกันไปข้าง !

This chair scene is my favorite scene in School 2013, it showed how much Park Heung Soo(Shin) cares for Go Nam Soon(Saint), and their friendship grows stronger after this.
