They often steam in the office for sponsored or collab streams. But sometimes they just want to use the office to stream. I'm assuming that Hoshikawa wanted to stream in the office cause she'll be playing a horror game and if she screams a lot, it'll bother her family or neighbors. From the looks of it, she's streaming around evening. That's why Kanda wanted to go home after their stream.
