可以就地取材方式舉例如何强化多次用口罩，在有三層保護(防水+隔菌+吸濕)口罩基礎下，在後面墊纖維較好的紙巾/面紙/吸水紙/廚房紙等都有作用，如感覺自已說話太多或有濕氣就換掉，原口罩最好隔日用，有UV紫外光燈(如指甲燈)殺菌就更佳，切勿弄濕，不要破損，更要避免去高危及人流密集的地方，估計可用7天以上…
