Tx I have this watch for years now but it does not want to charge anymore... So I am going to do the battery replacement procedure 🙂 🤷 Bummer! I didn't really succeed with it! I was unable to get the battery clip off with the pincers like shown in the video. It looks very easy in the video but I tried several times and nothing... Then in the end some black plastic broke off and then the clip came off allright but won't lock anymore... So I tried to close the cover nevertheless but somehow that seems to short the battery... I guess the white plastic adhesive label is really important for isolation? In any case the replacement battery seems to be completely drained now due to the short... Maybe I will try later, for now I bought the mtg m900 on EBay for around 80€. So that was a good deal I think. Still if there still would be a way to fix this watch I would like to hear about it. Tx.🙂
Hi, how are you? I follow your channel and I really like your watch modifications (I have some on my Casio) and I wanted to ask you if you know of any way to black out and be resistant to the crown of mechanical watches or the buttons of digital ones? Thank you very much and health for you and yours.

Thank you for your comments and follow up! Please see the video below for how to modify the blackout. kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y4mmn3aFo8dnmtk Unfortunately, I have never tried to waterproof the crown and buttons, so I cannot tell you. You'll need the right size gasket, so it's better to contact the manufacturer.

Thank you for your comment. This is because there was a request to see how the battery were replaced. If the performance of the rechargeable secondary battery deteriorates, the battery must be replaced. I recorded it in hopes that it would be useful for battery replacement.

By the way, how long the batteray will last until we need change it with the new one in solar powered model? Because i confuse to choose between Casio G shock GX56BB SOLAR POWERED or CASIO G- Shock DW5500 with 10 year batteray life.
