It must’ve been quite hard for Apink too, when most of their colleagues have disbanded or in hiatus. Apink made great bonding with most of them while promoting together and finding some of them alone now while they’re still active as a group must be very emotional. I really admire Apink for recognizing her. That just means that they truly respect their colleagues. 💖

Yes, it was hard for Apink too..but I don't think they get emotional because they see a former colleagues. It was simply because the story was sad, if not heartbreaking. Even viewers who is not by anymeans related to CHI CHI teared up..becauss of emphaty. Chorong miight have felt the melancholy of a failed dream that's why she get's emotional. It could have been Apink who are in her shoes if fate played differently.

Back in 2012, for a few months, I was lucky to work with CHI-CHI at a very cute building in Sinsa, Seoul which was Trophy Entertainment's HQ. While the girls were practising hard on the first floor, we were busy writing songs at the basement studio, for them and Andamiro (the other artist of the company, now Anda under YGX/Amoeba). I remember Azi (Bae Seo Yul here) and the rest of the girls (CHI-CHI was a 5 member girl group by then) and how hard working and cheerful they were. Except many original songs that didn't get to be released since they disbanded, I created an official remix for Love Is Energy where me and CHI-CHI appear at the beginning of the video. They have also signed 50 CDs that were sent to some of my subscribers from back then. Although they had to disband some time later, they remain a beautiful memory to many of us, and they have been a great inspiration.
