I think Chiwa meant that she can't believe OnoKen (as Diluc's VA) is her senpai. I don't think she meant OnoKen as a senpai because Chiwa is the senior one here. If I remember correctly, 1992 is OnoKen's actor debut (he was a child actor) but as a seiyuu, Chiwa Saito is more senior. (I think she's fond of him because they got close during the Kuroko no Basuke anime. She's Aida Riko's seiyuu while OnoKen is Kuroko.)

Chiwa Saito has extraordinary technique in regards to voice acting. She can go from Senjougahara to Homura to Tamamo-no-Mae and they barely resemble each other, and she can also do a very convincing boyish voice. Truly an excellent voice actress.
