鸡胸肉 1个
姜 30克
蒜 2瓣
葱 3-4棵
盐 1/4茶匙
老抽 1茶匙
清水 1/2杯
鸡精粉 1/4茶匙
【腌料】
盐 1/2茶匙
料酒 1茶匙
生抽 1/2茶匙
蚝油 1茶匙
麻油 1/2茶匙
清水 1/2汤匙
胡椒粉 少许
玉米淀粉 1茶匙
【Ingredients】
1tbsp of Cooking Oil
1 Chicken Breast
30g of Ginger
2 cloves of Garlic
3-4 stalks of Spring Onion
1/4 tsp of Salt
1 tsp of Dark Soy Sauce
1/2 cup of Water
1/4 tsp of Chicken Seasoning Powder
【For Marinate】
1/2 tsp of Salt
1 tsp of Cooking Wine
1/2 tsp of Soy Sauce
1 tsp of Oyster Sauce
1/2 tsp of Sesame Oil
1/2 tbsp of Water
a little bit of White Pepper Powder
1 tsp of Corn Starch

影响不大噢…… 鸡精粉是为了让这道菜的味道更有层次感……或许可以用少许糖代替噢😊😊
