►剧情简介：
郝泽宇（邓伦 饰）北漂十年，却籍籍无名。经纪人滕丹（邬君梅 饰）不告而别，将他转手给了毫无经验的牛美丽（倪虹洁 饰），让他感到不解和愤怒。为了找到滕丹，郝泽宇暂时接受了这个安排，可新团队却让他傻了眼，助理是超市促销员福子（马思纯 饰），司机是开出租的福子爸（韩童生 饰），全是外行。
“草台班子”虽然状况百出，却一起抗住了现实生活的重重考验和奋斗路上的种种挑战。爱让大家紧紧相连，不是亲人胜似亲人。百转千回之后，郝泽宇收获了亲情友情和爱情，也终于明白，“更好的自己”不是成功与辉煌，而是尊严、责任和勇气。
►Synopsis：
Hao Zeyu has been a Beijing drifter for ten years and succeed for nothing. His agent Teng Dan leaves him without saying goodbye. In order to find Teng Dan, Hao Zeyu has to work with a new group which sees to be completely unreliable.
Although the group encounters lots of conditions during the cooperation, they have been bonded with each other. And Hao Zeyu gains love and friendship eventually.

a breath of fresh air 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 It felt like I'm watching a documentary/reality show. No over-the-top antagonist, no homicidal tendencies, no CEO or heir main characters. (I have nothing against those other dramas, but simply noticed the pattern ✌🏻️) This is simply optimistic and realistic story. Conversations and facial reactions/expressions are so natural. Dialogs were not sugar coated. Everything was super close to the real world, real people, real lives. Musical backgrounds were minimized. Not over powering. 👍🏻 For me: Best screenplay, best acting and best cinematography 👌🏻 They are all amazing. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

You noticed it too : nowadays the Chinese dramas story lines are almost CEO and the poor employee/girl in distress syndrome and the way they try to clickbait you are with the kissing scenes or bed scenes. They have to sell the meat first! How low can they go? That's why this is so refreshing and realistic.

Such a beautiful and heartwarming drama, one of the best roles for Deng Lun.His portrayal of Hao Zeyu is so genuine, heartfelt and funny at time. He’s the best actor of his generation, such an awesome actor. Sandra is very good too, so cute and natural as Fu Zi. The supporting is also great especially Old Fu. One of the best drama I’ve seen 😍
