The sign says "Kabukichou". Kabukichou is the biggest and most well known red light district in Japan. I didn't put "Kabukichou" in the subs because people who don't know what it is wouldn't understand

What I can say is that you may think of only pr0stitutes in a red light district, but kabukichou has apart from that: rip offs, illegal gambling, mafia, all that kind of stuff, and even normal bars and cafes. It's an adults playground. Nene must've put it on the sign because it sounds cool or badass
