In ancient times, humans mixed with deities and demons, the world consisted of Shennong, Xuanyuan, and Gaoxin. Wandering in Dahuang, Jiu Yao from Gaoxin lost her identity and appearance. She settled in Qingshui Town and was renamed Wen Xiao Liu.
The Prince Qiang Xuan of Xuanyuan was Xiao Liu’s cousin. To find Xiao Liu, he travelled around Dahuang and came to Qingshui Town. In Qingshui Town, Xiao Liu saves Tushan Jing from danger and falls in love with him. Xiang Liu and Xiaoliu appreciated each other and became confidants. After a few twists and turns, Qiang Xuan and Xiao Liu eventually recognized each other.
After recovering her identity, Xiao Liu helped Qiang Xuan bring the whole world under his rule and retired from the rivers and lakes. For the future viewers: Pre-requisite for watching this drama: Every bit of your last brain cells and patience 😂😂😂 Is it worth it: YES 😅 Be prepared: 1. It starts slow and confusing but continue watching. It gets better. For the first few eps just keep bearing and enjoy all the pretty men 😅😅😅. Then the story catches on and becomes interesting. 2. It gets hard, which ML to root for 😅😅😅 3. All the actors did a great job. Kudos to them. Hope it helps you to decide. Happy watching 😊

Xiang liu is her best match, he was cruel at first, then her love changed him, i wish she would stop being blinded by the other 3 men and choose xiang liu, his love is pure, the other's love isnt, i watched season 1, and im so sad that xiang liu will die according to the sneak peaks ive seen...and i wish xiang liu would tell her of his feelings for xiao, but i think he wants her to choose him without being told, but he has unconditional love in my opinion..love is sacrifice and longing, its patience and kindness and it doesn't see logical thought...if it becomes logical, it isn't love

the fl was absolutely charming. both as a man and a woman. she was insightful, honest and true to her friends. she played that role like nobodies business. others might have been able to do a good job but it seems this was made for her. the story has a lot of tear jerking parts and though it is good I can only watch one episode at a time.
