But XL knew his love for her is only going to cause disturbances in her already traumatized life, she will be in pain forever, so he kept pushing her away so when all of a sudden he talked that softly, it was very natural for XY not to be able to guess the right person he's talking about...she just went with the usual flow ...his foster father! 😅😅

So I agree with you about the love triangle. I think the author wants to make the story more interesting and complicated to keep the attention of the audience by NOT writing only about her romantic relationships. FINALLY, Season 2 is here, I've been waiting for a year for this. I don not watch any Asian tv show, but I stumble on this Chinese drama series last year so I tried to watched since it has English subtitles! After watching the first episode of Season 1, I got hook and finished the whole 39 episodes. I love the story, there's romance, comedy, action and of course the drama. The actors and actresses were great, in my opinion, they all deliver their own part, truthfully, emotionally etcetera. My first Chinese drama ever to watched and amazing, so now part 2 is here, though it's a long year wait, delightfully watched it😍😍
