Now I encourage you to watch Royal Nirvana. Once you watch Royal Nirvana, you will realize that Love Between Fairy and Devil took that same idea. Apparently, you will hear Royal Nirvana opening theme song in Love Between Fairy and Devil. Royal Nirvana came up with this song first then when Love Between Fairy and Devil drama gets released in 2022, it copied that same music from Royal Nirvana.

5:08. So I guess Goddess Xi Yun is considered a lover because the only attack she uses against the evil god Tai Sui is kissing. So I guess the power of love might of been how she sealed away that evil god creature in the first place and this time when Dongfang Quingcang gave a consent to the goddess to attack, she kisses again. So I would guess the essence of Goddess Xi Yun is in love with the evil god while Orchid is in love with Dongfang Qingcang. The only attack the goddess uses on the boss is kissing.

Like many others, I really need a Season 2. Not just because I hate to say goodbye to the show, but because many storylines are simply left unresolved. The relationship between Orchid and Jeli is unclear. And it's not clear how Dunfan Cintsan, who loves Orchid, could be happy with the Goddess. Or rather, how the Goddess could return to being like Orchid. It would be great if they showed that!

The Goddess and Orchid are the same person. She lied about not remembering him, in order to protect Dongfang Quingcang from being hurt again after she would've sacrificed herself to destroy Tai Sui. The Goddess is Orchid. As to Jieli, she reconciled with Shangque, so I'm pretty sure she did the same with Orchid. She is not one to hold a grudge after all, especially since Jieli went through all of that horrible experience. In the end, all is well.

Regarding the topic of discussion, I expressed myself incorrectly. I understood that Orchid is indeed the Goddess and that she remembers him. But what I meant is that the Goddess appeared to me as a different personality. She seemed colder and less impulsive than Orchid. Look at her reaction when he returned, at the very end of the series. Orchid would have burst into tears or at least hugged him. The Goddess just stood there and smiled, and then she let him kiss her. It's no wonder many thought it was her dream. Her reaction was not very typical of Orchid. I would say she looked frozen. In fact, by the end of the series, they seemed to have swapped places. He was already behaving emotionally, while the Goddess acted as if she had no emotions. And if she really closed herself off from feelings and then lived in a frozen state for 500 years, returning to Orchid's state can't happen with the snap of a finger. The channel made a special episode in which the actor voiced by Dunfan explained that they have been happily married for 300 years, playing with grass and enjoying life. But I can't imagine the Goddess just starting to happily play with grass. She needs to be thawed first, to bring back her feelings and emotions. In other words, a reverse personal transformation is needed. That's what I meant.

@@МаксКарр That's the beauty of the show. All of the characteres lived different lives as different beings and as such their relationships were also (e continued to be) ever changing. It would be disapointing if in the end the godess changed back and became just the Orchid of the beggining of the show in the same way it would not make sense for Dongfang Qinchang to go back being emotionless.
