To be honest, my tears come out for the main lead. I can see she truly loves him and suffering from him. In contrast, I only can see He like her not love her at this stage. He married her with the thought love can be cultivated but it is just not that as He deeply loved his ex. And he still got text from her. He has never shared his thoughts or problems with her that mean she is not considered as a partner for him. I feel sorry for her. What she did and how she cared for him , actually is very gentle. She didn’t force him! Even when she worried about him and his ex but she still asked and acted in very polite way. To be honest I don’t see faults in her . Some said they don’t know how to love each others but in fact, it’s result of one way love from her side. I would love this film more if there is suitable man who deserves her love at the end. I don’t like recycling man!

In this drama, she is not 2nd choice but mom's choice & the most important person to him is mom & he can cultivate the love relationship but that takes time which unfortunately they were together for less than 4m before he left to US. Another hidden personal issue is his deep hatred- unforgiveness against his dad & 'that woman' which unconsciously is a barrier to close relationship.

For me, the issue is not about her being just the second choice, but it's about how both of them not knowing how to love each other right. Their personalities clash. The girl wanted to love the guy selflessly but the guy doesn't want that kind of love, he wanted a space for them to grow individually. Personally, I can't hate the guy because it's his personality and he's trying in his own little ways to accommodate the girl's need. I can't blame the girl for feeling hurt either. Well, that's love, it's mostly imperfect.

I don’t think he loved her the way he loved his ex girlfriend the time they got married. He saw her as an fill in after his gf cheated on him. And the way he was dealing with that caused her so much pain. He didn’t even try to get close to her in that specific way. Their married life was so difficult. She took the responsibility to be a good wife and was nice all the time which is an issue while he was in the guilt zone for not being able to be what she wanted him to be. To love her the way she loved. She took every step to him according to me. Not blaming him for being the way he Was considering he got left off and cheated on especially before his wedding
