They stopped performing many years ago after their Final Live. There's a little hope now that SIFAS is out, but it's still very unlikely. We can only pray!

missyohane :3 from what I’ve heard they’re going to perform live again in January 2020 for love live fest. Not 100% sure though since they could just make an appearance, but I doubt they’ll be at a concert and not perform.

they did appear at the 9th anniversary for Love Live(which can be found on YT), being the biggest ever Love Live event & after 6 years Muse was on stage But this was definitely their last ever live performance

They were older than AKB48. I guess Lantis didn't look for teenagers back then like North River did with AKB48. They needed talent to set a ground for the multimedia franchise unlike 22/7 which is produced by Aki-P who looks for long-term to grow bunch of ordinary teenage girls' confidence who are not talented from the start but have a personality aura. When muse had set the ground it was ok to bring in younger girls mixed with some talent from agency (Sony Music Artists) like Anchan. Aqours was formed and replaced muse. A lot younger and can last longer. Muse probably disbanded because of age.
