Dr. Bunnakit is a medical examiner based at a provincial hospital. One day, after carrying out an autopsy on the body of a woman who had seemingly hanged herself, Dr. Bunnakit rules out suicide, as his findings point to homicide. His conclusion suddenly makes him the target of someone very powerful.
When an anonymous man breaks into his house and threatens him to change his report to suicide, Dr. Bunnakit doesn't take this threat seriously. But that all changes when one of his friends, a prosecutor, suddenly disappears. Dr. Bunnakit quietly conducts his own investigation in order to get at the truth. All clues lead to one suspect, a man named Tan, who denies any involvement. Tan convinces Dr. Bunnakit to team up together in order to find the real murderer.

I do NOT trust Tan in the slightest, he is just too suspesious. Like the way he always dresses in black and how he went with that man in black on the scooter. I feel like he knows the murder but for some reason is not saying anything. And his timing is just too good to be true. As for Pued he might be the one threatening cause of how he suddenly disappeared. And Nam is obviously a sugar baby but she is also taking some kinds of drugs. Also, the car in which she went matches with Pued's car, and the hand that came out wore a similar limited edition watch as Pued and Tan. Everything in this is suspesious, even the cactus.

My theory: from the synopsis they say it involves someone powerful so I think it may be pued's brother. He tried to cover his brother's mistake in the death of Natty. Jane new the truth and was a liability so he eliminated her. With Tan in the mix he sends his brother away making it look like a disappearance and makes Tan to be the major suspect
