Lily Hoshikawa said "リリィが捨てた名前 Ririi ga suteta namae", which literally translates to "Lily threw away the name." Lily never said "古い名前 furui namae" for "old name" nor "死い名前 shii namae" for "dead name". Lily even said "ちんちくじゃないもん, リリィだもん Chinchiku janai mon, Ririi da mon (It is not chinchiku, it is Lily)" in a similar way when she is being called "Masao". I am saying you need to translate the dialogue from Japanese to English to better understand what the characters are saying.
