Mom's Salted Egg Chicken is so creamy & tasty! Yums~ taste just like the ones we usually ordered in Singapore!
(1) For the chicken:
Chicken thighs: 4 pcs
Lime
Chinese cooking wine: 2 tbsp
Ginger: 1/2 tbsp
Garlic: 3 cloves
Oyster sauce: 2 tbsp
Fish sauce: 1 tbsp
Ground pepper: 1 tsp
Sugar: 1 tbsp
Egg: 1 pc
(2) For the flour mix:
Flour: 3 tbsp
Ground pepper: 1/2 tsp
Baking powder: 1/2 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
(3) For the salted egg mix:
Salted egg (yolk only): 3-5 pcs
Cooking oil: 2 tbsp
Garlic: 4 cloves
Ginger (minced): 2 tsp
Red/ green chillies
Curry leaves
Fresh milk: 250 ml
Sugar: 2 tbsp
Fish sauce: 1/2 tbsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Tapioca starch + water

(1) Utk ayamnya:
Paha ayam: 4 potong
Jeruk nipis
Arak masak: 2 sdm
Jahe: 1/2 sdm
Bawang putih: 3 siung
Saos tiram: 2 sdm
Kecap ikan: 1 sdm
Lada: 1 sdt
Gula: 1 sdm
Telor: 1 butir
Terigu: 2 sdm
(2) Utk tepung keringnya:
Terigu: 3 sdm
Lada: 1/2 sdt
Baking powder: 1/2 sdt
Garam: 1/2 sdt
(3) Untuk bumbunya:
Telor asin (kuningnya): 3-5 butir
Minyak: 2 sdm
Bawang putih: 4 siung
Jahe: 2 sdt (cincang)
Cabe merah/hijau
Daun kari
Susu putih: 250ml
Gula: 2 sdm
Kecap ikan: 1/2 sdm
Garam: 1/2 sdt
Sagu + air
