hmm 😬I have to respectfully disagree. The female lead uncle so what was going on right under his nose and chose to be complacent. In my book he saw injustice being done to a child which makes him guilty for not doing anything about it. And what many people don't realise is that these dramas are very loosely based on situations in real life. That is why I keep on saying I'm commenting that always placing the female role as a dopey person who always gets walked over by the dominant male role even sometimes gets verbally abused and tossed around but the female falls for him. This is such a bad example and it's in nearly every drama. 😬😬😬😬👍🏼👍🏼The same goes for the situations when people are being very cruel causing childhood trauma but yet at the end of the program all is well because they are being forgiven. That is not reality, anyway not in my opinion. Don't anyone diss me now please it's just my opinion. 🙂🌷

Hate is just a waste of emotional energy. I pity those people. The aunt and cousin could have had a good relationship with YiRen. The child arrived as an orphan, sad and lost. She was humble and appreciated her Uncle's home, food, and family. Those women just were resentful of her presence, even though they were paid to care for her. It is their nature to be resentful, petty, and greedy. They won't change, so will lose their loving husband/dad/breadwinner. Of course, there are those few who can/will humble themselves for forgiveness and love. And these two might, but in reality, I don't believe they have the character to do so. We'll see how the writers work it out.
