@momichika6226 I think that Mark likes to play "hard to get" when it comes to Haechan. That's what we see in MOST videos of nct where Mark always refuses Haechan but at the end of the day we only see uploaded videos but not the whole behind of it.

Mark may not show it but I know that he'll be the most sad if Haechan is gone or not around because they've been literally together since kids

As a fan of Haechan, I also wish that Mark shows more his affection towards Haechan because a person gets more mature after experiencing military service and I'm afraid that Haechan will lose that affection or sweet side of him towards the members or he might show less skinship with members after military.
