if you're thinking whether to give it a go or not, i assure you this drama is one of the best highschool romance genered cdramas! The male lead is not just a arrogant nerd or something and he has a nice, warm personality and gives off a really good vibe He's just like a normal, really caring and warm person and actually has friends unlike most dramas! and the female lead is not stupid or dumb ; she is a average student mostly! She knows her priorities and at the same time she's very sweet and hardworking ! The osts are chefs kiss !! The thing i like a lot about this drama is that the female lead mostly takes initiatives later in the drama !! I'M ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE WITH THE WAY SHE PURSUES HIM and his smile is soo heartwarming! For those who want to know if it's worth to watch. I said ITS WORTHY! Very fluffy and lovely drama. So far love the story, they such a cute couple with puppy love thingy. The sweetest thing about this drama is they recognize each other's feeling since highschool, there's no some kind of denials it's just bcs they need to focus on study so they start talking openly about it after entering collage (unfortunately siyue has family problem at that time). It’s 2024 and till today my no 1 school cdrama ever is this one I remember when I finished watching this I was feeling so emotional and empty bcoz there was nothing else I was feeling like watching the male lead was so good people might know him from hidden love but this drama was much before that and so much more amazing it has more than a perfect story plot they have shown romance, friendship,hardship and family bond perfectly both the leads have adorable chemistry and the way it ended was probably one of the best ending generally school drama are dragged but this one till end keeps you glued and gives you the ending which is so happy that you will have happy tears it’s the best I hope if you discover this now do give it a watch you will feel happy in every sense

This c drama is highly recommended. The cast did justice to their role. Lots of lesson in life. You will love the relationship between families and friends including the teacher. You will be motivated to study while at the same time enjoy the company of your inspiration. It is my second time around watching this. This is the best high school drama romance that I have watched.

Not for once it got to me that this is her first show. I cried when Ding Xian cried, I felt frustrated when she got badly treated by her mom. You did an amazing job Xu Mengjie. You are talented. Dear future viewers, I highly recommend this as one of the best and realistic cdramas I've ever watched. Specially because this is not the typical highschool-college love story you've seen and the leads are not the typical smart boy & dumb girl you see in other dramas. The boy is very smart, but he actually has friends , also really warm, caring and not arrogant or awkward. The girl is also smart , very hard working and you'll see what I mean in the next episodes. I must say , every actor and actress has done a wonderful job, even the smallest characters were played well.
