Oh, I was sick to my stomach for her. Just think how utterly wrecked and confused she was after he had all of the candles in a heart and wine for her. I remember the feeling after I found out after my fiance broke it off with me because he had been cheating. The shock and sickening pit in the stomach was beyond imagining so I felt like I could relate to those scenes. But imagine how gut wrenching it was for him to have to pretend that he hated the love of his life. The ultimate sacrifice to protect her. Takes your breath away thinking about it!

The writers could have easily wrote into the story line , that Yu Quilin was adopted by the Jiang clan, making her a legitimate daughter , since she is an orphan, or have Jin Yuan Bao marry the other woman the real Jian Xiao Xuan,. Heck Even ChenFeng could have been adopted into the Jin clan as a son and him and Xuer marriage would have suffice to quell the two clans worries. This drama story line is whack

But her unruly self has to be the center of every drama... so she ran back like a fool. she should have listened to her husband instead of fighting him at ever turn. Xeur'er/the real Jiang Xiao Xuan is the perfect wife material, a true woman of culture and respect. He should have taken her as his concubine for real, she is discipline and mature

I'm sorry but I think there is nothing wrong with Qi Lin/ the fake Xiao Xuan. She is probably a little unmature sometimes but thinking about it, she was locked up in the ancrestal hall and Jin Yuanbaon treat her quite badly. And Xiao Xuan loves Chang Feng. Is it wrong to love someone? It's not right to abandon your responsibility becaude of loving someone (such as Xiao Xuan) but Jin Yuanbao is honestly acting like a kid even though he's a grown up. Couple need to communicate in order to understand each other but he make choices for himself without trying to talk with others. Qi Lin is just trying to bring Yuanbao back to his real mother. The one in wrong is the empress dowager and the mother for forcing Yuanbao to marry someone he doesn't like. I'm sorry if my word upsets you🙏 I do agree the real Xiao Xuan is a wife material, she's kind and mature🙏😊 But this is a drama anyway, it will end immediately if the real Xiao Xuan marries Yuanbao
