her luck is amazing - getting such a good player on her first roll, and most of her trainings succeeded too and all the errors the opposing team makes with or without the introvert skill!! though going from E rated school to C rated school then to A rated school :O and then winning against the 2 B rated schools wow!! Everyone is saying her team is strong but isn't she out of contention? Lol Im not to sure about the skills on Kanae but her team lacks the numerous skills others got and stat growth due to being matched up with really strong teams. I think her catcher is only D which is really unfortunate. Kagami has a pitcher (Yashiro) only losing by 10 stat points vs Kanae but Kagami has a catcher A and 2 Intimidator so I'm pretty sure his pitcher would last more than Shiina's. Haruka has a really good run on the campaign which led to insane team growth. She also has a catcher A with a decent pitcher but her catcher/batter has two S stats (power S, idk the other S) vs Kanae's A S stats. Everyone on her team should be really strong too. That's only covering the 2 because I havent checker the others yet but you can say its lucky Kagami and Haruka is on group B but the all star fight of group A vs B might get one sided lol.

It may be a spoiler, but all I can say is "Shiina's luck lasts forever, the pitcher shortage is not a problem for Shiina." as long as you are enough lucky, you can get a ready-to-play tensei player at the entrance ceremony of the 3rd year. basically, they can only train for a half year. things I've said are already have been showed in translated clips, and the game system, though. below this, I may say some spoiler. you have a point. I agree with you for the most part. I think the strongest catcher is Miyu, and the strongest pitcher is Kanae, but the strongest battery is Yashiro and Nui. by the way, when the player has enough stats and abilities then perform a good result and raise their reputation, they may get a title. the largest number of the players with their title is 5 of Kagami. however, it stays unpredictable all the way through.

The closest thing is "MLB Power Pros" which is the MLB version of the series. Unfortunately it's not for PC, and a bit outdated, but it is a full English release.
