One thing I think Kongpob's generation should learn is that as seniors, they will be looked upon as leaders. I understand that they want to adjust and not be too harsh on the juniors but from a position of leadership, they need to be strict as well when something is not going the right way but also explain why things needs to be in a certain way. And consistency. Correcting everyone else but not the one student that keeps rebelling is not consistent. The fear of other students following suit is real. Arthit's generation, though they were harsh, at least they were consistent in how they manage their juniors. No exceptions, strict and harsh to all of them. Not gonna lie, I don't like Day right off the bat not because he keeps on opposing to the ceremony (admit it, dude made many good points!) but because he expresses his opinions in a very disrespectful way. One might think "But he is like Kong's case before" - No! Kong might be against the system like Day at first and oftenly expressed that during hazing sessions but he still made sure to be respectful all the time and does not forget the seniority status unlike this new kid who acts like a spoiled brat who leaves the room when he doesn't get what he wants. What I am saying is, for his age, he could've acted more mature than this. Anyway, I'm sure he has a backstory that will obviously explain this behavior but at the moment, I can't fully understand him yet which makes him annoying for me to watch.

I was shocked after that scene Day didn't even show respect to Tew after that incident. I don't know why people are not understanding the dynamics between these two. It's not like Arthit is taking a step backward, it's just that he is shy and is not comfortable with PDA. I think this can be seen in all Asian countries. I think Arthit is just not that comfortable with PDA which is very understandable and kinda adorable too. And I think this is just how he is. In the first season we saw a different Arthit because he was on his home turf and a senior, now that he is new in his office he is all shy and innocent kinda like being a freshman again. This is exactly the reason why I love his character so much, it's so realistic and human.

John's a dangerous character for sure. He is the typical, for the lack of better word, ass-licker colleague we all hate in the corporate world; One that we thought was friendly and nice because they naturally are but is actually someone who only do nice things to either gain something or to cause harm to others. I won't be surprised if John uses Arthit for his advantage one day lol It doesn't help too that Arthit looks so innocent in his workplace. It makes him an easy target.
