People called this donghua wonderful I don't think so despite of all those power up hypes when ever tangsan archived a new level instead of getting strong he always gets hurt and goes death door Tangsan a wonderful character I don't think so he is so stupid and dumb he never learned from his past mistakes even though he has past life experiences Always falling for enimes trap when ever he get a chance to kill enemies he never kills them he shows mercy and let them escape so they can bounce back strong and hit hard again he is just lucky is get powerful father his despite many upgrades he never gets upper hand over enimes everytime he fight against strong people he goes near death door Atleast he again made a stupid decision how can he let that Angel girl live despite she tried to kill him many times even though he made a promise to her in forest he should have told the same given her 3 days after 3 days again should have a fight and kill her and remove entire angel hall elders who repeatedly tried to Kill him and dismantle martial soul Hall she let her live so that after some years she can bounce back and try to hurt his family? Even After becoming sea god he fell for enemy trap again didn't even alive for a week And his fights as sea god he even struggled against that angel shows how weak sea god is Despite those all weddings iam really disappointed in main character behaviour from starting to last

And this year it came out season 2 and it's called The Land of warrior's. Check it out you might like it but of course I like the animation better

​@@tul2913 there are still a few changes in this one too but it's certainly better than battle of gods. Poison Douluo didn't die in novel. And Qian Renxu wasn't as strong in novel. Without Bibi Dong, she was constantly on the defensive and getting close to being defeated. In the first battle between angel goddess and sea god, Tang San defeated her easily and put her on edge.

I was disappointed that Bibidong's death was omitted in the original version. The original novel described Bibidong's death in detail and told us about her inner thoughts. So, I could feel the weight of her death. In fact, the cause of all these conflicts and incidents was the former Pope of the Muhon Empire and Bibidong's desire. Even if Bibidong's was unintentional, the aftermath was too great. It was the very climax where this anime came to a grand conclusion. However, I was so disappointed that this part was omitted, but I was really satisfied that the director's cut dealt with these parts in detail. The scene where Dangsan is resurrected was also described in more detail. It's a really perfect director's cut. However, it's a shame that some of the drawing skills seem a bit lacking.

Bibi Dong didn't do all this unintentionally. After getting raped, she hated everything. So, she purposely tried to destroy everything including herself. She's pitiful but it's not like she didn't get the chance to live a good life after killing the pope. In the end she reaped what she sowed.

I am a bit disappointed at the changes the animé made to the novel. Anime tried to make Qian Renxu stronger than she was written in novel. In this battle, Sea god Tang San won easily. Angel Goddess Qian Renxu never had a chance. I final battle 2 vs 1, they also struggled. Poison Douluo didn't die. Bibi Dong still killed Tang San. But once he was revived, both Angel and Raksasha goddesses stood no chance at all.

As a faithful subber for this wonderful series, I was most disappointed by the end. Tang San et al, worked so hard, to improve skills, be ingenious in their thinking and strive for perfection- it was a wonderful story. But the end- was about the Occult, and whose had the " best" magical powers.... Certainly not what I wanted to see for an epilogue.

Nice, but the last fight was honestly straight up trash. San gained a crazy amount of power, like twice their power combined, and it still took him some effort to win. Also, I do not care how badly Ding Dong was treated in her past that doesn’t justify the millions she slaughtered. She’s a nasty tyrant. As for her daughter, you could argue that she was pretty much brainwashed by her grandfather. Anyways, too much yap from me. Many scenes sucked too, but this was the worst for me. I give the show 8/10 excluding this fight.

Yeah I got you. It was such a sudden shift it broke the storyline. He was badass for like 5 whole minutes 😂. I mean it just killed the drama, the angst. Like they could have let us feel the weight of him sacrificing SPOILER his memories but no little Wu had to save his ass just like she always does. The whole thing became weightless. I find it hilarious that in the span of 10 minutes SPOILER he died but he got better then he lost his memories but regained them thanks to the power of love. The actual climax of the whole series was like 20 minutes 😅😂
