Ingredients (for 2 servings)
150g pork belly slices
250 to 300g potatoes
A clove of garlic
50g takana pickles
5g chili peppers
[Seasonings]
1 tbsp shaoxingjiu (Chinese rice wine)
1 tsp soy sauce
A pinch of salt
A little sesame
2 tsp granulated Chinese soup
A dash of oil
