นักศึกษาหนุ่มไฟแรง ไรอัน (กัน อรรถพันธ์) ได้เข้ามาฝึกงานในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้กำกับ และได้เจอกับพี่เจน (ออฟ จุมพล) ผู้ช่วยผู้กำกับที่กลับทำให้คนไฟแรงอย่างไรอันหมดไฟได้ ซึ่งความทุกข์ในการฝึกงานของไรอันถูกระบายให้กับเพื่อนๆ นักศึกษาฝึกงานของปีนี้ที่มี บะหมี่ (พิพลอย กัญญรัตน์) ฝ่าย AE และเต้ (ซี ทวินันท์) ฝ่ายตัดต่อ คู่รักที่เลือกมาฝึกงานที่นี่เพราะอยากอยู่ด้วยกัน ป๋า (ปูน มิตรภักดี) ฝ่ายอาร์ต และ พาย (วิว เบญญาภา) ฝ่ายโปรดักชั่น แต่แล้วเมื่อไรอันได้ลองฝึกงานไปเรื่อยๆ กลับพบว่าพี่เจนก็เป็นคนใจดีกว่าที่คนอื่นคิดจนในบางครั้งไรอันเองก็เผลอใจเต้นไปด้วย และเกิดเป้าหมายคือจะต้องชนะใจพี่เจนให้ได้ ! ในการฝึกงานครั้งนี้จะเติมเต็มประสบการณ์การทำงาน หรือประสบการณ์หัวใจ ติดตามได้ใน “The Trainee ฝึกงานเทอมนี้ รักพี่ได้มั้ย”

As a person in my 40s I'm here to tell you: a) good luck with it all! It can be very stressful and confusing, but you can do it! ❤ and b) don't stress over it all too much, whatever you do now doesn't have to be your whole career, most people change careers more than once, and every job or volunteer experience you have will give you some sort of useful skills that will turn out to be handy at unexpected times as you get older. You don't have to have everything figured out now, and none of it is a waste, even if you get a job doing something you end up deciding isn't for you. Good luck to you in your job hunting and any studies you're doing. ❤

I think every office worker who's been in a position like Jane's is getting flashbacks of days like this. I've had to deal with really incompetent juniors in my work experience and sometimes you really don't want to seem bossy but without beinf strict it's difficult getting work done. Each comedy shtick may not be original, like chasing the sheet of paper blowing from here to eternity, or the first "uncle" who gets completely nervous in front of a camera, but in combination, and delivered so well by the actors, this does seem so original. And the cross references to other series are wonderful insider jokes. Poon is always hungry in We Are too. Gun, and the cooking commercial. Sea and the bad eyes. This series is so entertaining. Please leave it on KZbin, GMMTV officials. When it's all done, only ten episodes (!), this would be fun to binge watch again.
