This drama is very good, when you allready wacht more Episode you will understand that the prince ,since he was child ,was manipulated by the General for his oun Ambition. Even let him promise to merry his daughter using as a last will of the the prince mother, that was not true. This drama is a love story, the prince discover his true love, at the same time theres full of Action, intrigue and excitement. In the begenning Episodes you will got bad empression to the prince but this is only in the begenning. Happy ending❤❤❤

Me encanto el drama se casa el principe amando a otra, desprecia variasveces a nuestra protagonista pero ella es gentil y bondadosa y poco a poco se gana su corazon, esta lleno de romance , desamores, malos entendidos y reconciliacion., disfrutenlo, son pocos los capitulos q son un poco lento la historia, hermoso drama.

I have now watched this series right through. I was told it was a very good series and had a happy ending. Absolute rubbish this is one of the worst I have seen in a while. The series truly glorifies spousal abuse by the Male lead. He marries, lies, and uses the FL. Despite supposedly having fallen in love with her along the way he is still plans to kill her and arranges this to support his coup against his father to become emperor. The FL survives just and it takes this to wake her up to what a complete a...hole the now emperor is! The ML now decides he loves her but it presents as obsession and even though she wants to leave and rightly despises him, he won't let her. She finally has to play the old 'she has died' trick to get away from him. She never wants to go back but is eventually forced back when he threatens the 2nd ML (with who she is living peacefully) with the lives of his people and decimating his country.This Prince genuinely loves her and does not tell her about the threats , she is smart, finds out and goes back to protect him and his people. And then I lost all patience with this series. All of a sudden with no explanation her family who loathed him for what he had done to her suddenly like him and the aggressive paranoid and ruthless man is presented as a good husband because he is 'true to her', and had risked his life( he didn't - he had hidden men) to rescue her. The end scene a bucolic fantasy left me wanting a final scene where she has a knife hidden in her sleeve and it was alluded that she was going to kill him first chance she caught him off guard.

I finally found this drama with English subs. I'm happy to watch it. Trust me, it's still better than Dear Designer...look up it's synopsis, don't look up clips. You'll need Peptol Bismol, Tums, AND Tylenol to get through that one. That ML is a true ba$tard! 'm just watching this to fill in the gaps. Yep, I know this ML is running close. At least this FL had enough sense to leave and reluctantly , involuntarily come back into that Den of Iniquity. She should have gone with the younger brother or the "other" prince. It's ironic that the MLs beloved f***$ him over grandly. At least karma hits this drama. FL suffers too much but when she finally wakes up from her love stupor she is definitely more wary. I give her some credit. Thanks for the commentary. I totally agree.

If you watch enough Asian dramas, you will find that, that is a common theme. FL never go for the guy who truly loves her but instead for the jerk who lies to her and constantly breaks her heart. That's just a given. That's why I always have 2nd lead syndromes.
